We need to adapt as the world around us is changing.
With concerns about health and many people self isolating, now more than ever, I can appreciate how set in our ways we have become in life. Who could have imagined important events cancelled, schools closing, supermarket shelves empty and major restrictions in where we can move around, outside of our home, in our street, village, town or city and all around the world.
To cope with these changes, even as something so simple as how to cook more creatively with what is available, rather than expecting our usual ingredients to magically appear on the shelves. We need to start thinking differently.
Encouraging our brain to flex those mental muscles and think differently about life, work, our business etc is key to getting through tough times both at home and at work. We will all be experiencing, to some extent what a struggle it can be to persuade our brain to be agile, and it certainly is possible to develop the mental skills to do that more effectively and efficiently. Leadership is Being Agile is an online learning module that will teach anyone to develop greater agility of thinking and action. It’s part of Leap Professional’s new Leadership Development Library
Our business model has adapted to the changing needs of people who want to learn new skills for Leadership but cannot afford the time to meet face to face. We anticipated change a year ago and have moved from face to face expert teaching to online learning at your own pace with the ability to build to a CPD accreditation.
Leap Professional Ltd the developed the Leadership Is… series to enable individuals to focus on core leadership skills and behaviours that are fundamental to leading in almost any context. People learning through our online modules will develop core skills and knowledge that will see them through changes in their role or organisation as well as changes in the world’s demands in the future.
Our Leadership is being Agile module will help shape your thinking in an adverse world such as we are all experiencing first hand right now.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a course?
